No call center and no promised response time. I do read every message.
What to include
Correct a record
Include the Find My Moat page, the exact claim that is wrong, and a first-party source that shows the current fact. I fix confirmed errors for free. You do not need to be a customer or a sponsor to ask.
Suggest a missing tool
Send the product URL and the investing job it handles. A suggestion starts a review by me. It does not buy a listing, a rank, a star, or a recommendation.
Get account or privacy help
Write from the email attached to your account when possible. For a data-rights request, state the request and the country or region whose law applies.
Report a catalog problem
Include the catalog URL, the tool name if relevant, and a short description of the problem. Remove any private information from your example.
What happens next
Do not send
- Brokerage or bank credentials.
- API keys, passwords, or tokens.
- Account statements or holdings.
- Any other sensitive financial data.
Nothing I do needs any of these. If a reply asks for them, it did not come from me.
Response and limits
One person runs Find My Moat. There is no promised response time.
An email does not make me your adviser. I will not tell you what to buy or sell, because nothing on this site knows your situation.
To see how I research and rank records, read the methodology. For data collection and deletion requests, read the privacy policy.
